As it happens: Malaysia awaits results of 15th general election

Polls have closed in Malaysia’s 15th general election on Saturday (Nov 19), with more than 900 candidates vying for a place in the country’s 222-seat parliament.

Voting for two seats – Padang Serai in Kedah and Baram in Sarawak – has been postponed.
