Houses listed under $600,000 have hit a record low since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic over two years ago.
Across Australia, the number of properties listed under $600,000 on realestate.com.au dropped to 35.8 per cent in October.
In Sydney, just 1.8 per cent of all available properties were listed under $600,000 or less, according to PropTrack’s latest Insight Report.
