Prince Andrew booted out of Buckingham Palace in embarrassing new snub from brother King Charles

Prince Andrew has been given the boot by King Charles III and told he can no longer use his suite of rooms at Buckingham Palace.

The disgraced royal has been told he has to move out of the Palace now that Charles is King, and has been given the option of moving into the nearby St James’s Palace.

A source told UK outlet The Sun that the King “made it clear that Buckingham Palace is no place for Prince Andrew”.

“Andrew loved having a suite at Buckingham Palace where he was not only set up for marital life with Sarah Ferguson but used it as a bachelor’s pad after his divorce,” they said.

“He brought back a string of new girlfriends to his home in the Palace — even model Caprice. A bachelor’s flat in St James’s Palace doesn’t have the same allure for a single man.”

His office in the King’s London residence was already forced to shut late last year.

The Palace is undergoing extensive renovations – with a hefty $644 million price tag – which are expected to take up to ten years.

Andrew’s suite, known as the Chamber Floor, will be gutted and renovated as part of the overhaul.

In May 2020, Prince Andrew was forced to resign from his public roles due to damning allegations from Virginia Giuffre, who claimed she had been sex trafficked as a 17-year-old to the royal.

The beleaguered royal was stripped of his titles and patronages last year as fallout from his links to notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein continued.

A trainwreck interview on BBC Newsnight followed, which did enormous damage to his reputation and standing within the Royal Family.

Only a year ago, Prince Andrew handed over £12 million ($20,927,091) in a sexual abuse civil case brought by Ms Giuffre.
